Rollé Blanket Patent Filed

The Rollé Blanket was Reno’s first invention when he first started as an entrepreneur in 1986. Reno and his wife, Lynn, filed for a patent on their unique implementation of a dual-ply blanket/towel with weighted corners, hidden pocket, and the ability to fold into itself and used as a bag. One side of the blanket was made of soft and absorbent terry cloth, while the other side was made of water-resistant cotton twill cloth.

While marketing the blanket, Reno was fortunate enough to come across a head of marketing for the Trump organization, which led to a business deal that put the Rollé Blanket in a number of Trump casinos.

The innovative blanket design has been featured in Summer Must-Have Lists, been spotted being used by celebrities, and has led to numerous inferior knockoffs.
